Rooms are virtual workplaces where group interactions take place. Rooms have members, and membership is associated with both the processes, and the content in a room. Items in a room are governed by that room (that is, their permission sets are determined by the room), and non-members cannot access them.
Repository users with the appropriate permissions can create, and administer a room in Webtop, instead of relying on a system administrator. Room creators/owners, and user managers determine a room’s member list.
Note: Creation, and administration of rooms are available only to WDK-based applications such as Webtop.
